Welcome to Glendale Banners
In 2019, 22 designers in Salt Lake City participated in the “Neighborhood Project,” creating “logos” for 22 neighborhoods throughout the city. More about project HERE.
Gabriella Hunter designed the Glendale logo.
Glendale Neighborhood Council has taken Hunter's design and, with her permission, used it to create banners to go along 900 S just across from Jordan Park. Why? We seek to unify and bring pride to Glendale residents, as well as provide a welcome to those visiting Glendale.
The Glendale image features the stone/metal entryway to the Peace Gardens, the river and mountains, and a color palette inspired by different cultures on the westside. These banners are done in three color schemes.
Thanks to ACE Fund and Utah Paper Box for funding this project!
