Salt Lake City has received a request to amend the zoning map for the properties located at 1380 South 900 West, 1361 South 1000 W, and 1367 South 1000 West. The proposal would rezone the property from R-1/7,000 Single Family Residential to R-1/7,000 Single-family Residential District to RMF-30 Low-density Multi-family Residential District.
